    Depende ra sa company. Usually 14K-16K, kung junior or regular position. Pero kung senior or Lead position, mas dako pa ana.
    Sa mga call centers na dri Cebu. Pero ang JPMC, mas dako jud sila ug offer sa junior or regular position pa lang compared sa uban call centers. I don't know with Xlibris, ingon sila dako daw sweldo ila IT didto.

    I'm talking about BASIC pay here... and DIRECT EMPLOYMENT...

    WALA'y labot ang AGENCY and/or CONTRACTUAL diri...

    Because SOME of the call centers here in Cebu are now OUTSOURCING their Technology Team....

    mag start ug 8k sa fresh grads minusan pana sa mga tax so ang limpyo ana is 6-7k.. kung naa pay overtime or double shift mahulog ra ug +1k >.< underpaid kaau... pero wala ko ga mind sa starting salary naku when I was starting being as a fresh IT in industry.. kay ako ginagasto sa akong salary bsag gamay na sya sa mga crash courses na padulong.. now when I went to abroad? ang salary sa mga entry level nga IT any field? hehe it would range 35k - 60k kay foreigner man sa ilang lugar + amenities & etc.... as for me well I should say akong hardships, kalisod & daghan ug failures it paid off ra gyud in the end.. Now Im back in Philippines kay magstudy napud & much2 cheaper mao rapud ang purpose sa akong 3 months vacation. Mao ayaw jud ka discourage bisag gamay ug sweldo, what is important imong nakat-unan sa inyong company dili lang pa choi2.. read books & practice is important kay kung gusto ka mo gawas & compete to other races naa tah ikabuga-racial discrimination ang kadaghan ug taas noo kaau ang naa dd2 pero the brain is empty..

    Yepp, tinood jud ni. Mas nindot imong pilion nga employer kay kanang gikan sa countries nga taas ug Human Development Index (HDI) or Civil Liberties index. That means ang mga nindot nga employers kay taga UK, US, Canada, Australia (or New Zealand? wala pa ko ka try), Netherlands, Germany, etc. Dad-on man gud nila ilang kultura when they treat employees, so nindot kay they treat you with respect. Dili lang ko mag hisgot sa nationality sa employers nga di nako ganahan... hehehe...
