I can relate to this 'cause I am employed in a corporation run by a chinese family...

As to rate, yes halos pangayoon... Junior Programmer namo diri is below 10K... Senior Programmer is below 15K... And additional thing, don't expect that you will get a yearly increase... It would never happen.

depende sa company mga indong..kung gamay imong company nya mao rajud ma afford...huhu bisan 7k-9k mao rajud na imo madawat.

I was once an employee of a software company owned by a chinese.

True enough, I was given a meager salary and small increase for my 2yr experience there. You have to be multi-tasking (do programming, tech support and other non-related IT jobs). I felt like my job wasn't rewarding even if I work doubly hard.

Then, I was hired by an american firm, there's really a big difference when it comes to the compensation americans give. But then again, I have to give credits to my previous company, because they pushed me to work hard so I can achieve as to where I am now. I can say that it's a great stepping stone to work on a small company then finally find a job that you'll love and at the same time be paid well.

kinsa makahatag nako ug rate sa ako situation na aq ra ang IT sa company, computer maintenance (technician), knowledgeable basic network administrator, graphic artist, marketing staff (online and frontliner), website maintenance, (figure out na lng sad na ang ako mga kauban sa office is paper works lng and encoding ra ang nahibaw.an. lets say basic knowledge lang tanan ako g.state na tasks, pila inyo rate mahatag?

15k-25k ang average starting sa mga taga IT Park.

Sweldohan raka ug 30k up kung maayong laki na mo. Kung dili pa gani, kontento langsa sa 15k-25k.
