sa tingin ko lahat naman ng call centers pare-pareho, walang madaling exam o interview.. dapat lang talgang maging handa kapag mag aapply sa trabaho para worth din naman tayo once na natanggap tayo.. jsut my two cents..

Like, example, bright ka and stuff, but naa silay personal questions nga gi.hide as questions looking at your commitment to the company and kung naa ba kay plano mo.rise and they need to have a reason to keep you in their company.

Normally sa mga callcenters, during the final interview they will ask you a series of questions related to scenario to test your english communication skills. If they are not satisfied with the answers or they find a lot of mistakes with how you answer, they will ask you another question until they are satisfied.
For the mean time, you can try applying sa Qualfon or Opinionology...mas sayon "daw" mu apply aning company according sa akong mga barkada
