call center resignation and applying for new company

guys, need help. if mo resign mo directly from the company without the 30-day notice, u would be terminated di ba? what if u will apply for another company, can u still use the previous company sa imo resume? would the new company accept you if u tell the truth nga nag resign ka ora mismo and was considered terminated? kay there are companies man gud that will hire applicants with call center experience and what if he/she was terminated for resigning ora mismo. thanks

There are companies accept ora mismo na resignation, however it differs on job position and if naa ba offense na existing.

uhm,depede rmn gd nah sa company na affiliated kah..

in my case,pwede rmi immediate exit as in after tender sa resignation,aw ala na duty..hehe

well,selected ra nuOn ang instances depende sa weight sa reason nimu for leaving..
