solutions? sa kadugay na sa issues og problema sa Q, hasta kanang obvious high attrition rate nila, asa mana rong solutions imong gisulti? nag effort ba sila to reach out and hear the agents? sauna ra jud na sila pero wala juy changes and development.

It's easy for you to say na it's how you spend the money. It's different with the other employees working with Q na walay business -not like your wife. labi nag naay pamilya and naay gigastuan.

you are a business owner NOT an employee so you can relate and understand somehow with the "owners" of the company, who obviously don't have sympathy over the agents.

sometimes people who complain much know their value and worth.

my wife and i started with nothing. and same as you are... parehas dyud ta ug batasan until a friend of my dad told me about reality of business. it gave me a way to be positive about things... i also passed that teachings to my wife. that is why she's into business as well.
