i always believe there are good solutions... you just need to communicate it to the right persons.
my wife had been there since it started. naa pros and cons... but at least she knows how to deal with herself as well...

im from Q, pero mas dako kog savings compared to other people from BIG call centers.

ahhh pwede pa diay ko maka kuha og COE bisag na AWOL/terminate.. nasakit man gud ko... uhmmm I'm so sorry to ask, what steps dapat nako lakangon to get a COE? hmmm usually how long kaha bago ko maka kuha? sorry kaayo kay i'm such a newbie when it comes to this.. when it comes to the point nga mag lisod na jud ko'g kuha sa akong COE ba patambag jud ko ninyu guys ha... it seems that people here are very very very reliable... thanks guys....

solutions? sa kadugay na sa issues og problema sa Q, hasta kanang obvious high attrition rate nila, asa mana rong solutions imong gisulti? nag effort ba sila to reach out and hear the agents? sauna ra jud na sila pero wala juy changes and development.
It's easy for you to say na it's how you spend the money. It's different with the other employees working with Q na walay business -not like your wife. labi nag naay pamilya and naay gigastuan.
you are a business owner NOT an employee so you can relate and understand somehow with the "owners" of the company, who obviously don't have sympathy over the agents.
sometimes people who complain much know their value and worth.
