To tell you the truth bro it`s illegal, any gadget that disrupts, slows down the actual watt reading is definitely illegal, im not talking about the PFC gadgets ha nga nahulog ra ug voltage conditioners thru A.C. lines, (ask master siopao)

The good thing about the Philippines is that mismo VECO doesnt know how to detect it, they cannot even prove it (deadma) and the only thing that can cancel those disrupting gadgets is to upgrade all consumers` meters to digital power meters... that`s what Europe and U.S. does, cause even them di sila ka detect or prove accurately ana...

as for the inverter A/C systems, it`s a different pump technology bro, it uses high frequency motor compressor (6000-7000 RPM) computer controlled gradual RPM motor, meaning no more LRA on the pump itself, it`s a japanese technology, pero naa nay mas bag-o ron bro, a high frequency programmable motor compressor with no more lubrication inside (Oil-less), the cooling capacity of any conventional refrigeration system has a cooling loss of 30% due to the lubrication itself, karon NASA (mass produced by Danfoss) develop a compressor technology that has an oil-less levitating rotor compressor (no bearings) >>>Danfoss Turbocor Compressors Inc. - Applications that`s more energy efficient than the japanese inverter type compressors.

about sa energy saver sa heating devices...naa koy gi benchmark ana nga mga gadgets way back 5 years ago, here it goes...my rice cooker is 600W (2.72 A @ 220VAC), makaluto ni siya @ full load at 22-24 minutes, then pag install nako sa "energy saver" kunuhay, I found out that the amp meter drops down WOW 1.8 A @220VAC, 396W, karon gitesting dayon nako ug paluto kay epektibo gyud kay ni drop man ang watts gatan-aw gyud ko sa akong stop watch uy, nahimo mang 40 minutes iha ni keep warm finally I calculated the power consumption nga nagamit sa benchmark and found out nga equal ra ang consumo sa kuryente so ang original rice cooker, kusug tu-od pero dali sad makaluto ug rice, ang naka energy saver hinay tu-od ug ka-on sa kuryente pero dugay sad makaluto sa rice Guess what ived found inside? a single high voltage rectifier diode inside WTF, so @ 60HZ of 220V 600W @ 22 minutes cook time nya @ 30HZ of 220V 396W @ 40 minutes cook time, clever isnt it?
