AT&T ISP is not a bad account because it provides employment but someone mentioned about the unreasonable and unpredictable tacrift (customer satisfaction) which includes dropped calls or things beyond the control of the agent. you may also want to consider how they compute it (# of 100% - # of -100% / total #)

That's what you call the Net Satisfaction score. They aligned it to the JD Powers survey. just Google what JD Powers is and you might understand why

It was so easy for you to change some information when someone told you it's incorrect. you then change the information without validating or verifying if it's credible or not.

Appreciate this thread kay para ma inform sad ko ug ubang tawo sa mga updates, salaries ug uban pang feeback. Although not all information is correct pero atleast naa idea ang mga tawo related sa Companya.

Just a little research ug feedback sa mga tawo nga naka work will also help to improve and update this thread. I agree that there is a lot of thread pertaining to every callcenter. Kung kugihan lang mo basa, maka balo jud sa tanang info.

ganahan lang ko ani nga thread kay one stop shop sa mga major callcenter.

Opinion nako ni so respetaay lang ta ninyo..In the end of the day matulog man ta..(simang ra) bitaw we all work for money and career.

entry level pay - high range (P16k+ + allowance + experience premium); go for sprint (greywolf 10-30-2011); avoid tier 2 account where in the CSRs do a tech work and only get basic pay (greenman 11-06-2011); avoid AT&T ISP which is one of the difficult demanding accounts/clients (very high, unrealistic and uncontrollable Customer Satisfaction standards); nurses should try the wellness account for p30k+;the amazona account is nice but has low pay; there is a trainer who is strict in implementing the english only policy
other pay -P10k referral bonus; retirement pay available after 5 years
accounts/clients/programs - dsl, financial (bank), wellness, amazona, cable

btaw if you want to research about the company, don't rely fully on information or opinions you've just read or get from a brief, summarized collection from posters. might be your dream job and it's your CAREER, a long term job of your short life you are researching..

If you are confident or trust these information then don't be disappointed to receive way below 30k from a "wellness" account in cvg.
