what i have been saying is basically the disappointments towards them for not meeting our expectations

the company is fine but the sugarcoats are not
It is just too much to swallow making most feeling tricked
i also blame recruitment for it because, if everything were disclosed and expectations were set
i dont believe this would have happened if that was accomplished

and if you have been reading my posts, you wouldnt have barked at the wrong tree

Expect more sugarcoating dude. That's way better than you hearing that "YOU SUCK BECAUSE YOU DID NOT READ THE CONTRACT". Or "YOUR CALL SUCKS, WHY ARE YOU STILL EMPLOYED HERE".

Again if you have a better way of explaining the situation, putting yourself on TP's shoe, how would you do it without sugarcoating?
