The pay was good too kay wave 1 man sad ko,maliki man ko sa akong pay karon but it was my choice kay dugay kau ko ibalik sa mga ohab sa cebu so was choice vayeeet...uli ang show sa mother!

Unsaon man na approx. 2-3 weeks pa man ang Pana mo approve og transfer and I can't wait najud mouli. It happened nag open ang uverse so go sago.But so far wa pa man mi attrition and everything is okay. And definitions are always 2 sided
There is the positive and negative side
i guess you didnt know that too

Making you understand the PROS and CONS doesn't mean I want you to look at TP as special. Instead, I want you to be mature enough to understand.

I still dont understand why you have to leave Convergys or whichever company you came from without ensuring that you will benefit from doing it.

What I see now is you're blaming your failure to TP because you were not smart enough in weighing things first before you made a decision.
