i've learned my lesson ONCE!!! on my first time to travel nga mag eroplano.
siguro ka 15 na back and forth nako naka cebu pacific and so far after that incident, wala nako na aberya. 2 hours before jud ko ma abot sa airport. XD
I never had that experience with CebuPac so far.. I hope I will not have one too as I already have booked 4 promo flights in the next few months.. This is the first time I heard that the departure time is changed to an earlier schedule without notifying the said passengers.. This is so ridiculous TS.. You should have this escalated.. G'luck!
after choosing flights there is a checkbox with this message....
checking that checkbox means that you accept their terms, etc...I have read and accept the fare rules, general terms and conditions , travel regulations , website terms of use and important reminders and information posted by the airline. I will advise all other guests travelling as part of this booking of these conditions.

7.2 Refund
7.2.1 Fares paid and received by the Airline will be refunded to the Passengers upon their request where:
(a) the refund is sought following the occurrence of the events stated in Clause 8.4 (b) (Schedules, Cancellations, Delays and Diversions - Other Conditions) below; or
(b) the Passenger is not allowed or failed to board the flight for reasons other than his non-observance of this General Conditions or any Regulation or applicable law; or
(c) the Passenger was able to submit all the documents required by the Airline; or
(d) the airport of departure or the airport of destination is within the Republic of Korea; or
(e) the Passenger died or suffered a serious illness before the scheduled flight.
7.2.2 All refund will be subject to the Airline’s refund process in force at the time of the request. The Airline will deduct the refund fee from the total amount claimed, except in the instances cited in paragraphs (a), (b) and (d) of Clause 7.2.1 above where the refund fee is waived.

I never had any bad experience with Cebu Pacific wherever I go and mostly promo fare akong purchase. I just make sure I am at the airport 2-3 hours before the departure time and check in early as soon as counters are open.
