Other than moving the baby to the side , the garbage collector could get like pylons or similar to redirect traffic , stay with the baby until the police or ambulance arrives .

a lot of people are not trained in first aid and emergency response behavior. the very fact nga daghan na pud mo-criticize niya kung mo-help cya unya di mao or kuwang iyang pagkahelp would deter or discourage people from helping injured individuals in emergency situations in the future.

agree kaayo ko ani. take for example diri sa atoa. kadaghang mga bata nga nag-suffer sa mga kadalanan. way mga kaon. cge na lang ug simhot ug rugby para dili gutumon. pila man nato ang niduol ana nila ug nihatag ug bisan pan na lang. kahibaw ko naay anti-mendicancy law pero di diay ta kamao malooy pud. or siguro kutob ra ta sa kalouy ug sa pag-comment pero wa gyud tay buhaton para makatabang. nag-huwat ra tngay ta nga ang goberno ang motabang nila. bystander effect gihapon.

I find your statements contradicting. Why man moingon ka nga correct nga i move ang bata sa safe nga side nga matod pa nimo wala man diay kakita ang garbage collector giunsa pagkaligis?
