Yes ... if you're certified to do CPR and First Aid . If you just learned it by watching it on TV , you'll get in trouble if anything worse happen to an injured person .

If it's really necessary like in a burning building , that's reasonable to move an injured person . But for the case of Yueyue , it was the right thing to do by the garbage collector . Other than moving the baby to the side , the garbage collector could get like pylons or similar to redirect traffic , stay with the baby until the police or ambulance arrives .
