Ask lang ko kung sa iStore ra gyud pwedi ma claim ang warranty ani ug sakto ba na mo ask sila 1,000 para ma ship ang unit sa Manila kay didto daw i fix? TIA sa maka share.

May I ask how did it happen? You have an option to try iFix or Microwarehouse Cebu. iStore's in Cebu just resells Apple products. Do they sell warrantied iPhones now? IMO, only Globe has sole distribution of warrantied iPhones in the Phils. other than that its the grey-market area, etc. Some gets shipped back to SG for warranties. Call this number to report your defective phone. 1-800-1441-0234 its a toll free number for Apple Philippines. You should be guided on what to do. Local business hours only. Goodluck!
