TV/VIDEO button not working on remote control and tv buttons

hi istoryans,

i need your help...

i am sorry if i am posting on the wrong category. i dont know where to post this...

the last time i was able to use and watch movies [dvd] was christmas -dec25,2010

now, i wanted to watch dvds, but my tv/video wont work....either on remote control or on the tv buttons..

can anyone please help me..

i hope someone can explain to me why its not working and how to fix this?

did you try to check if it was "plugged in"? happens all the time.... LOL

also, basin na-plug na ug other voltage nya naguba na maong di na mo-on....

other than posting here, try calling the store you bought it from....which would work a lot more better, i say....

lagi uy...china man gud.. haays... mu on man sya, everything is connected.. i tried doing basic troubleshooting... unplugging all the chords, turn tv off, then connected everything back then turn tv on...
d ghapon mu switch to video mode through remote or ang button sa tv...
