i ddnt mean to say about controlling the sales of cars,
and not also to implement somewhat like in manila's 'number coding scheme' that is irritating to the car owner.
i mean to say to create an improved public transport system and additionally also an improved public sidewalks.. so as people would use their private cars less often and ultimately decongest the road.
a transport solution without widening or flyovers..
well, it's time for cebu to revive its train station..
imagine: going to danao from cebu city takes only 15 minutes or less..di mo ganahan ana? nya wa pa jud kay masinghot nga itum nga aso gkan sa mga gubaon nga jeep/karaan.
That is why the road is cut by sections then butangan na nila ug elastic material sa tunga to give way expansion. If that's how you feel on concrete then why are buildings made of concrete if mabuak raman kaha?
Kita kug asphalt nabuak ug nabuslot. Kanang road from super metro mandaue from consolacion kay wa gyud nay guba2x concrete na siya.
Why are they Replacing All the Concrete Roads with Asphalt? Ask an Engineer!
read the link so you will have the idea on the two types of roads
daghan man spalto na buak. to name a few - reclamation SnR / parkmall, old bridge road padung tamiya/mepz daghan kaau buslot, na shot ako awto.. liki yantas , irrepairable.. kung pwede palang kasuhan ang gobyerno para ayu sa ako yantas. hehe
anyways, despite the rising cost of fuel, people still opt to drive private vehicles. First, we have no form of efficient mass transportation (year 2011 na, jeepney lang gihapon - fail). Second, our streets aren't safe to walk around, kung dli ka ma hold up, pollution ang mu patay nimo. Lastly, we dont have proper sidewalks, aw at the very least we have - pero naay mga vendors, naay daghan basura, naay mga pamilya g puyo, asa naman ta manglakaw ani?
Gamit lang kog awto if laag kog gabii or weekend/out of town.![]()

sakto, buildings are made of concrete, but not concrete only, baga nga metal bars ang nagsuporta gyud sa building..then there is a certain process anang pagtukod ug building, example kanang ila pabugnawan ang cement inig butang nila pra dili daun mabuak, e-vibrate ang cement pra mawagatang ang air bubbles nga maka-weak sa concrete..
dugay maguba ang concrete, ing ana mn gyud iya property, pero kung maguba na gne na,dli na siya mada ug tapak2 lng oi,gub-on na nimo tibook dan ug himo nsd ka ug lain.which is costly dba? unlike asphalt, cheap siya ug pwde ma-repair.
