Is this thread still UP?
I'm mentally and emotionally exhausted jud so I need relaxation. K1 is nearest to where I live so I'm planning of checking this out. I've seen photos in four square sad and it seems interesting.
Any further good/bad reviews?![]()
I went to K1 Spa last Friday. I tried the 30-minutes sauna and it was hot.. of course![]()
Anyway, sauna was really good. Then I tried their Swedish massage for an hour which was satisfying.
Rating summary: (Out of 5)
LOCATION - 5
It is located in Ramos and just a few walks away from Robinsons Mall and many food establishments like KFC, Chowking, Mcdo etc. (I enjoyed a good Nai Cha from Chowking after the massage). Taxis and PUJs are all available going to Colon or Mango.
CLEANLINESS - 4.9
• Massage rooms: 5
The rooms were clean. Sheets smelled clean as well.
• Comfort/Shower Room: 4
Comfort room was okay. For the shower, I had a hard time with the shower faucet, though. I had a staff assist me with it. But it's tolerable so I'll give it a 4.
• Sauna: 5
If you are planning to use the sauna, be sure to call first and notify them about it before going there. Especially if you are the first user. It does not heat up right away and you only have 30 minutes to consume. Don't waste your time at the lobby waiting for the sauna room to heat up.
SERVICE - 5
The front desk staff was accommodating. I asked her what she can recommend for me since I was having muscle aches after jogging early morning on that same day. I was thinking on trying Ventosa but she strongly suggested Swedish is most appropriate even if the latter is cheaper. The massage therapist did a good job as well.
VALUE FOR MONEY - 5
It was sulit so I'll give it a 5. Sauna costs 100php/30 minutes and 260php/hour for Swedish. With just 360php, I recovered from being physically and mentally exhausted. It was very relaxing.
All in all it was very satisfying. I hope this review helps. It's good to visit the spa to relax and unwind once in awhile. Give yourself a treat. Labi na ug ting-sweldo![]()
Thanks for the review sis
I'll try this one this week since I need that![]()
