    Default Needs Financial Advise:

    Halu mga business minded istoryans,

I would like to ask your suggestment. Here's my story...

Right now, I am building my own place, a two story wood structure. My original plan was to build a 3-story "tower of solitude" structure but due to limited funds, I decided to build the one I am currently building. Also, the ground floor is my internet cafe and i will reside in the 2nd and 3rd floor. Also, based sa akoang panday, na ang wood daw kay mo last lang sya ug 15-20 years before magabok? So, What I'm planning is I've given myself 10 years to save 150K-200K to build my "dream sanctuary", whichever comes first...

Now here's my question, where would be the best way to save my money? In a bank with the highest interest rate? or in a COOP? I'm open for suggestions...

    Matsalams in advance...

why not roll over your money and look for ways to earn more income in your internet. Your options could be the following:

    1. Sell food stuffs
    2. Sell Loads
    3. Printing and scanning jobs
    4. accept encoding, just hire a per project encoder
    5. make a promo, say unlimited internet use for just 100 pesos, good for 1 day, etc or 300 unlimited for 5 days use

doing any of the above would require minimal capital and will maximize your current business.

when you invest your money in business, mas dako returns. where imu internet bro?

familiar imo nick bai, naa naba kay mutual fund?
IMO mutual funds are better vehicles compared to COOP due to the nature of growth. COOP relies on loans, while MF invests on solid companies.
Time deposit only becomes viable if 1 or 2 years ra imo goal. But 10 years man, so go for MF.

if interested ka ug mutual funds I can help.
