G.I.s standing on the left side of the picture with the barrel of an M7 Priest Self Propelled Artillery just sticking out. On the background is clearly the Cebu Provincial Capitol with black soot near the roof of the left-side wing probably caused by a small fire during the war.

its hard to identify it, it could also be towed 105!

And probably this is the early aftermaths of the liberation of Cebu
its more like an M7 that just rolled in with the infantry.

It is definitely an M7 Priest.

I have indicated with a black arrow the Suspension Bogie of the Priest.

Besides, if it was a towed 105, it would not be sitting that high in comparison to the soldiers' height in the picture.

ahaka murag lapad pa man ang dalan sauna compared karon nga maghuot ang sakyanan diha dapit sa capitol. btw, geunsa nimu pagkahibaw nga m7 priest na ang naa sa pics nga dili man siya maklaro.
