It is definitely an M7 Priest.
I have indicated with a black arrow the Suspension Bogie of the Priest.
Reference photo clearly showing the unmistakble profile of the Priest's Suspension Bogie indicated with a white arrow.
Besides, if it was a towed 105, it would not be sitting that high in comparison to the soldiers' height in the picture.
