Regarding monitors, that's cuz macs use an IPS panel. The mac monitors are priced at $1000 however they can be beaten by other monitor manufacturers. I use an HP LP2475w rev 2.0 monitor (S-IPS) which uses the same LG Panel tech sa apple monitors. However, ang apple monitors have poor response times and input lag... something my monitor doesn't have issues with and cost much less.

On that not note: wla lang available ang mga monitors i speak of sa pinas.... but really, i can find monitors that can stomp on the mac monitors for less but not in the phils lang. Diba foshow? haha

i don't quite understand the question bro.
Ang thunderbolt is the new I/O serial interface (just like USB 3.0 but faster). Thunderbolt has nothing to do with monitors. IPS is a Liquid Crystal Display panel technology and it has a wide viewing angle. The widest in any tech in fact.

The thunderbolt display is the latest mac display that has an IPS. All previous mac monitors don't have IPS. That's what i was saying.
