what i mean bro is that we are already of legal age but were looking for a city hall where we dont need to have the consent of our parents, coz basing from ur last post the guy has to be 25 and the girl 21 to be able to get married without the parents consent in the Cebu City hall right? well im not yet 25 and as much as possible we dont want our parents to know right now... well at least not yet...

Try calling this number 2721630, I forgot the name, she'll find a judge for you. Basta naa lang mo birth certificate both sa imo spouse. Naa na sila sa justice hall (capitol).
