Toriko. it's not cooking but it is about food. it's a pretty great manga and one of the top 3 Shonen's in Japan along with One Piece and Naruto.

if you like One Piece and food, you'll probably like it as well.

YAKITATE!! JAPAN Manga

First title I can think of is Yakitate Japan. Shounen anime with cooking competitions. I'm sure you'll enjoy this the same way you enjoyed Cooking Master Boy.

From what I have seen, these titles also count:
Ramen Fighter Miki
- Not really about cooking but it's a funny shounen anime about people involved in the Ramen Business.

Yume iro Patissiere
- I've only seen few episodes but this anime is about baking. Though I must warn you, it's a reverse harem shoujo anime. Main character is a girl surrounded by 10 year old bishounens experiencing puberty through baking. lol.

Ristorante Paradiso
- Focuses more on a restaurant as a whole instead of just cooking. It's a Josei anime (intended for women) and not a shounen anime (like Cooking Master Boy and One Piece). If you haven't seen any Seinen/Josei anime, I think this will be a new experience for you.

Antique Bakery
- Haven't seen this but it's a Josei anime like Ristorante Paradiso. Also, shounen-ai.

I recall an anime based 'Jang Geum' Korean drama. Murag kabantay ko gi-air man to sa GMA sauna.

COOL!! murag naa napod koy kalingawan anig download da.. plus got new terms today that shounen/josie stuff hehe.. will definitely try that BTW yes ive followed Jang Geum's Dream in GMA it was a prequel childhood story of Jewel, the main character in Jewel in the Palace..

You should also try Blackbeard's recommendation on Toriko. It seems to have the same One Piece humor.

Next to Yakitate Japan, Toriko probably has the quality in a cooking/food anime you are looking for
