unsay update ani na company cgi pa lagi ni cla pang hire...
I think I understand na ngano gamay raka nadawat sa imong last pay/take home pay. Like some of those posters, Nag resign manka january kaha? So nadawat naman nimo ang imong 13th month, then imo remaining number of days nag duty ka...
Kato imong mga officemates, nag resign sila, I assume and I believe I am right, wala pay November, that's why dako2x sila ug take home pay.
If mag resign gud ka, ang imong take home pay kay mag base ra ani.
1. Your last salary for your unpaid days for that month
2. A pro rated amount of your 13th month pay.
3. If naa pa gani sobra gamay, imong Tax Refund.
4. If for some company, bayaran ka sa imong unused Vacation Leaves
For most companies, ang 1 and 2 ra ang naa jud. Then TS, the most legal way is that, before you are released from your company, they will let you sign a document, a part of your release papers, indicating an itemized list of your last pay. Then it is stated there that after you read and sign the document, the company has no longer any remaining obligations against you.
ahak. mas dako paman akong sweldo sa VOICEVILLE, bsag walay projects
maka duwa mig counter strike, facebook, tanaw movies or matog sa kinsinas.,nya limpyo na 4,500. dli nana among sala if walay project, maghuwat rami. naay project or wala. sweldohan japun.
pero nadawat na bya ko ron ACS, mag observe lang sa q.
mu apply diay ang 13 month pay if voluntary resignation? diba dili if ang employee mismo mu quit.
