I have been to ACS cebu company located in IT park lahug skyrise bldg for almost 3years and I resign. I was shock after two months I claim my last pay I only recieve 3,400.00 PHP. While my friends resign just 18months and they recieve 8000.00 PHP. I was really upset and devastating of this company. What a corrupt comapny.


BEware to all who apply in this company!!! this recieve bad fedback from all there employees right now.

mag usab2 mn gud ilang rules mao pd ang nka pait! saon nalng luoy paminawn pero kailangan namo dawaton hopefully lagi next week mka apply nko.. mag browse2 ko dri sa career center hehehehe..

I think I understand na ngano gamay raka nadawat sa imong last pay/take home pay. Like some of those posters, Nag resign manka january kaha? So nadawat naman nimo ang imong 13th month, then imo remaining number of days nag duty ka...

Kato imong mga officemates, nag resign sila, I assume and I believe I am right, wala pay November, that's why dako2x sila ug take home pay.

If mag resign gud ka, ang imong take home pay kay mag base ra ani.

1. Your last salary for your unpaid days for that month
2. A pro rated amount of your 13th month pay.
3. If naa pa gani sobra gamay, imong Tax Refund.
4. If for some company, bayaran ka sa imong unused Vacation Leaves

For most companies, ang 1 and 2 ra ang naa jud. Then TS, the most legal way is that, before you are released from your company, they will let you sign a document, a part of your release papers, indicating an itemized list of your last pay. Then it is stated there that after you read and sign the document, the company has no longer any remaining obligations against you.

mu apply diay ang 13 month pay if voluntary resignation? diba dili if ang employee mismo mu quit.
