I have been to ACS cebu company located in IT park lahug skyrise bldg for almost 3years and I resign. I was shock after two months I claim my last pay I only recieve 3,400.00 PHP. While my friends resign just 18months and they recieve 8000.00 PHP. I was really upset and devastating of this company. What a corrupt comapny.

Huh? Lisud lagi sabton imong last line... Call Center na ang ACS? Also, ngano man daw 3,400 ra ang gihatag nila nimo? Did you incur absences or any pay deductible offenses or acts? Lisud man gud ijudge dayon if walay background ang mga tawo.

Ang last pay is usually

last pay = 13th month + (bi-monthly/monthly/weekly less deductions(sss,absences,tarnidess, tax etc.)) mao na last pay nmo.

where 13th month is pro-rated. Meaning (monthly salary/12) * no of months nimo within that year. Ex. 12K imo monthly salary. then resign ka effective march 16 2010.

13th month = (1200/12)*2.5)
=2500

last pay = 13th month + (bi-monthly/monthly/weekly less deductions(sss,absences,tarnidess, tax etc.)) mao na last pay nmo.

And also sa 13th month taxable na cya kong molapas og 30K imo 13th month, pero not all 13month nga amount is taxable but only ang nilapas sa 30K

EX.

Monthly salary = 35 K
Taxable amount =35,000-30,000
13th month tax =Taxable amount * 0.30
=5000*0.30
=1500
Net 13th month=Monthly salary -13th month tax
=33,500

Aron mkabalo giunsa pag compute ang imo last pay, pangayoa ang breakdown/payslip. Cguro from there, makabalo ka ngano mao na ang amount nga imo nadawat.

you should have to do the math... 3400php is too small.. ask the human resource and ask how they did they come up with the digits.. piece of advice....

its a BPO company. and I think naka absent ko mga in 3rys working here mga 5 or 6days. while my other friends nang resign almost 18months ra sila they recieve 8k. now how do they compute that?

bro, ang HR ninyo jud ang best nga maka answer ana.

And before nila ehatag ang last pay, naa kay permahan ana and naay mga papers.. for sure, one of the papers kay breakdown sa imong last pay.

Anyway, pwede paman ka kabalik didto sa HR bro and ask for it again.
