I have been to ACS cebu company located in IT park lahug skyrise bldg for almost 3years and I resign. I was shock after two months I claim my last pay I only recieve 3,400.00 PHP. While my friends resign just 18months and they recieve 8000.00 PHP. I was really upset and devastating of this company. What a corrupt comapny.


BEware to all who apply in this company!!! this recieve bad fedback from all there employees right now.

Lets assume you've resigned from the comp this month or this year after you receive 13th month, leave conversion, etc.
The "separation pay" is prerogative with every company and they have the right if they should give it to their employees or not. The only pay you have received is the separation pay. It must be the pro-rated 13th month and the leave credits you still have from Jan to resignation date.

The monthly salary is indeed 5800. But the average rate is around 4-5k per 2weeks of work. It can even reach 9k. (im not kidding) Did you ever ask yourselves about your work if you have been pressured, sweating, etc? You are not even stressed out. Are you worthy to receive higher than your current pay when you know you are not really doing your job? For 3years in the company dapat magpasalamat ka kay sa 3years nakakaon ka. You had 3 years of "AGONY and MISERY" BUT WHY DIDN'T YOU QUIT at those times? Haller? Peace bro Hope you get my point.

For those employees who "ARE HATING THEIR COMPANY", why stick with the company if you are not happy with them? If you've been ranting and whining then shut up and pack your things. THAT SIMPLE

The best way of this problem of yours is to go directly to your HR..lisod kaau mag guess kung unsay problema ngano ni o ngano na kung dli nimo ugkaton directly gkan nila..
ok raman na kung wala kay atraso sa company...just my opinion..

haha ACS napod..dri ko gkan last year..pero ok raman ko kay tig finger ra imo trabaho nya pde raka ma2g,ala ko reklamo dri kay abot man nako pirmi ang quota ang pinakagamai tawn nakong nadawat dri kay 2,400 huhu...maau rapod ni resign ka,apply nlng lain bai yaw nana problemaha imong last pay.wla gani nako kuhaa akong last pay ilaha nalang 'to charity lol

dont think you sound credible just because you can type and make such "statement"...it isnt justifiable for you to tell others what to do, unless you are the exploiter... peace... "just my 2 cents"
