    ambot ako lang guro ning lawas or akong intake...

    nahan ko mo dako na this year ... 4 years ni nako buhaton, hahaha.. 3 and 8 months to go..

    murag na adik nako og alsa ahaka oi... taga mata kay alsa ra akong gi huna2x hahaha!!! normal rani? mag luya naman ko og way alsahon noon... naunsa mani oi, adikting maning bisyoha oi...


    nya di ko ka inom wiegh or massive kay mag lain akong tiyan nahan ko sigeg inom... paeta mahala raba aning ilimona... hurot man atong sweldo palit supplements ani ahah

    damn Gaining weight is so difficult...

    started out 112 and now im just 116 hehehe.. 4lbs... in 2-3 months... gota eat more !!!

    Hmmm, di kaayo ko suweto sa Amino 6000. Ayaw anang "inom man sila inom pud lang ko" bro, research sa una. Ako suggestion nimo kai ON Serious Mass imo gamiton for a couple of months. Ako gi assume ikaw na naa sa imo pic hehe. Kailangan pa kag body mass. After mo dako naka, mag whey protein na dayon ka. Nya trimming program. Sakto na imo gi buhat na reps, gaining na siya. If gusto jud ka dali mo gain through food intake, camote akong suggestion bro, pero kailangan jud nimo iworkout.

    Maka adik mulang! Lisod kaayo ihawa aning bisyoha uy.

    you are doing GREAT,bro. 2-3months and you already gained 4lbs is really really on the right track. keep up the good work, stay motivated as always. the maximum lean muscles that a natty bodybuilder can gain in a year is just around 15lb. you are still young so you can easily maximise your lean muscle gained in a year. im working out for about 5years now and my total gained is only 25lb, not to mention that its not all lean muscle. dont really be hasty, if you do what youre doing and be patient, you will get there.

Na ganahan na dayon ko kai ni purma na man. Nag hunong2x lang kog gym kai na daot sa barkada, di mo sud ug clase kai cge lang ug inom, dota ug uyab hahaha. Akong pinaka taas na hunong ug workout kai 3 months, na wa na jud ang purma, napa nuon ang size pero sagol na fats. To make the long story short, after ato, seryoso na jud ko. Roug estimate lang, almost 4 years na ang total nga nag gym ko pero di jud straight, mo stop kog 1 month, usahay 2 months nya ang pinaka dugai kai 3 months.

    Monday
    - Chest
    Tuesday - Back
    Wednesday - Shoulder
    Thursday - Arms (Bicep and Tricep)

    12, 10, 8 tanan reps
    If magpa gain ko 12, 10, 8, 6
