I don't think the 15K referral fee is from a reliable source. Ang HR mismo (Jan originally from Bacolod) ang nisulti nga they are still formulating the referral scheme and pila jud ang madawat.

The gym and some of the amenities in the facility ky wala pa sad nahuman. But still, I think I will stay long at TP. Weeee!

true. thats very impossible. i dont think they would be willing to give that big for a referral only. thats already a month's salary for 1 agent here. lol

It's not impossible. I was referred by a friend in TP Bacolod and she got 15k, 2 gives lang. She gave me 2,500 and she got to keep the rest. The rate there is waaaayyy too low compared in Cebu, so considering that they can afford to give that much for a referral wouldn't make it impossible for the Cebu site.

First, ilahang starting is 14k, plus performance bonus. Kung experience ka, mas taas. Parehora sa TP Manila.So sure siguro makuha nimo 17k with performance bonus, pero sometimes higher depende lang na sa imo.
