obviously theirs going to be a slight diffirence between the basic pay for Manila & Cebu bcoz of the standard of living. I love my account now. basic is 16k, incintives can easily achieved and OT is 200/hr + OT pay.

yipeee! we can now do refer our friends to work in TP....it's 15k referral fee! amazing..........

apply namo guys! The company is really nice. Though wla pa nahuman ang construction sa mga rooms and all that, they are assuring us that we'll get the best that we deserve...and guess what? they accept your suggestions and not just that, they are PRO EMPLOYEE! hahaha....

I don't think the 15K referral fee is from a reliable source. Ang HR mismo (Jan originally from Bacolod) ang nisulti nga they are still formulating the referral scheme and pila jud ang madawat.

The gym and some of the amenities in the facility ky wala pa sad nahuman. But still, I think I will stay long at TP. Weeee!
