my favorite is miyok-guk (korean seaweed soup) with tofu. just boil water, add miyok, garlic, and diced tofu. i add rice to my bowl of soup. very good esp when you are not feeling well. pampawala sa hilanat.

unsa na sa korean? version na nila sa Misu soup sa japan (seaweed+tofu)?

everyone, here's my chinese friend's recipe for the tofu sauce:

    Chinese black vinegar
    sesame oil
    soy sauce
    salt to taste

    add: chopped leeks and/or ginger

tofu may be eaten fried or as it is, bale uncooked soft tofu.

had it last night. it's delicious!

Try this. One block of tofu (crumble by hand)
    Two scrambled eggs
One fourth kilo or less ground pork
    1/4 cup Chopped Green onions
    Salt and pepper (to taste)

    Mix them together.

    Heat one tablespoon cooking oil
Pour in the mixture on low fire to ensure that the pork
are cooked. Flip to the other side.
When oil is consurmed, add one to two tbs water and continue cooking

Finish it off in high fire to brown the sides by flipping the "torta"

By the way, use the ordinary tofu or better yet the Japanes Tofu sold in supermarkets

    mapo tofu!!!
spicy ni siya and the cooking is made easier because of the prepared sauce. I suggest using soft/silky tofu for a more velvety tofu texture...

lami pd i.coat with tempura batter, fried and dipped in kikkoman with spring onions and a bit of sugar. ;p
