not all "old cars" are menace to the streets/roads... it all boils down to how you maintain your old cars to befit its purpose and not to cause any problems on the road...

This is really a stupid law if this gets passed. My car was bought when I was still grade one, and now I'm 4th year college I still drive it and I think it's more well maintained than the senator's car, how can she judge cars, she may not know the difference between a SPARK PLUG and a GLOW PLUG.
