Bro, no way trust me. I've seen people getting rubbed and hold-up by riding PUJ that early.

7. Nindot means wonderful... I remember and Davao dili kaayo mogamit ug word nga nindot, instead gwapo ang word.

i may add, in some parts of mindanao instead of NINDOT, they use

gwapo (like you said)
lami....as in, lami kaayo ang sunset sa dadiangas...

around 2 short rides first jeepney will be 06b or 14d or 17b,17D, from Robinsons (or just walk towards capitol), you need to disembark from capitol
from capitol you ride 12L.

- Is transportation available 24/7?

not sure for 12L, but i know the 17b,17d is available.

not very safe around that time IMO, but there are lots of taxis around that area which will cost around 80-100php

- How much is the average carenderia meal in Cebu?

around 31-50php

my suggestion is just to speak the local dialec(bisaya) and for the couple of weeks don't say your from davao specially to strangers. be friendly, and enjoy cebu, watch out for beggars its best to ignore them.

Dili bai kay solid gyud na bisaya nang naa sa mindanao.Pro naa poy mga lain language sa mga natives na sila ra ang nakasabot.

hehehe. bogoya nmo oi. have you been to gensan? i thnk its 40% ilonggo speaking. have you been to rural or bukiran na lugar sa cotabato? its either ilonggo or maguindanawon language... have you been to marawi. there tagalog is far better than there bisaya. im speaking of behalf of this guys from that places ive mentioned... is the place ive visited of or grown up to. also in surigao... wai gamit imong pagka bisaya did2! hahaha

TS just minimized mixing tagalog-bisaya in your dialogues ... cebuanos are proud bisdaks. unlike some in mindanao which they prefer tagalog over there own language. and lastly.. be kind or we'll not! hehehe
