Boxing is a bad analogy, because in that particular situation, the referee doesn't own the ring. In the case of iStorya.net, the referee DOES OWN the ring--so your ONLY options are, to play by HIS rules, or get out, simple as that.

anyway he owns the court and you are free to leave the court anytime.
all he cares about is that you follow the rules of the game in that court.
Err... The referee isn't supposed to take sides. He's supposed to enforce the rules which should be fair to all whether its his home court or not.

Then point out all the rules you feel that me, as the referee have broken, report it to the admins, and wait for a response. Lahi man ning inyong style kay ang gusto ninyo kay trial by public forum, like gusto ninyo ipakita nga lain ang batasan niani nya nga tawo so dili ni siya angayan nga moderator--but what is "public" here when the forum is privately owned, and the final say is made by the admins?

So again, I invite you to file formal complaints to the site owners, complete with outlined facts and quotes that show my unfair treatment and method of running that sub-forum, and if deemed that I did anything wrong, I'd be the first to resign. Seriously, have better things to do than babysit a forum.

I think I know that already.that's why I am making this point that moderators are their to enforce the law and not box with the players..how can a discussion be fair if ang usa ka tao, labaw na daan..if a discussion gets too heated w/c sometimes mahitabo...pildi pirmi and visitor even though sakto siya..moderators should be checking the thread and not participate..enforce the peace..

Like I said, file a compliant. If deemed that I did wrong (I gave you infractions because according to the rules it needed to be done--seriously I didn't want to give it out, but if I "laxed" out on that, it can prove to be a precedent whereby all other similar posters mag-gara-gara and start acting more aggressive towards mods, ending in chaos). There are reasons why infractions are handed out, and they have nothing to do with the mods' temper or emotional circumstances at the moment the infraction was given out. But if you still feel I did anything wrong, again, file a complaint.

You seem to live in a world wherein you feel that moderators should be wearing pink, cute maid costumes, always at your beckon and say "I'll do that for you!" while you stay in their turf.

Well, count me out--I'm arrogant and even obnoxious at times--deal with it.

In the meantime, I do what I can, and there are actually people who appreciate it. Again, you're a minority--show me the majority who share your sentiments and I'd bow out quickly as a bat out of hell.

kasabot ko sa imo point bro..but try to remember also, nabuhi ning istorya because of the people..you are forgetting the fact that ang bloodline sa istorya is also its members. istorya is not gonna be istorya kung wala siya mga members...so technically, the house grew because of its members...

and tungod sa kadaghan sa iyang pamilya..kinahanglan na ta ug enforcer..mga security guard.. kay nidako naman ang balay..nahimo naman ug compound...I hope I made my point clear enough..Meaning, moderators were hired because nagkdaghan naming mga members..if walay member then why do we need moderators
