my suggestion is, e by category ilang plan for subscribers

like:

business plan? what kind of business if internet cafee then puyde neh ma block tanan porn site considering internet caffee accessible for the public

then if gusto gyud ipa unblock sa operator mo send sya og request sa PLDT nga na-ay approval sa right authority nga maka operate sya og internet caffee nga open ang porn site...

personal plan/home plan - e pre configured sa router or modem to blocked all the porn site for the safety sa mga minor nga mo deritso lang og gamit.. and put a simple instruction sa manual how to unblock it that only adults ra pod maka hibaw

hahahaha... There is no problem viewing a porn site as long as it is regulated... but Child Pornography? that is a different story.

naa na man na sa tawo ang pag.tanaw anang mga site... ang manan.aw ug child porno kay mga abnormal na sila ug kinhanglan ipadakop...

way effect ang tanan kay mostly sa mga phones karon duna nay bluetooth..pasa ngari sa scandal, didto, nganha..nonstop..!
