It's kinda difficult to block all.. even here in Singapore the ISPs can't manage to block all porn sites. Only those very common porn sites and you know what are those.

yup, its difficult but possible, it help lessen the access of those sites same with UAE.

so much freedom is what make our country worst, but I should agree that most of our congressman needs to be monitored and audited.
