    dili raman guro sleeping pattern ang basihan ts, if ganahan ka motaas ang imong life span here on earth. there are a lot of factors to consider aside from this.. not to mention your lifestyle, your age (lahi ang normal time sa hours of sleep sa bata ug sa tigulang) and a lot more.
