Cost wise mas cheaper ang house and lot e develop. Condo's now are priced at around 50-80k per sqm. Gamay lang tan-awon ang investment kai gagmay raman ang cuts. Pero if bigger ang area like 100sqm na condo area which cost around 10m+ plus parking palit pa jud ko. gawas mga 11million. If house and lot imoha, naa kai 300sqm lot at lets say P9000 per sqm so that's about 2.7million. Tukuran nimo ug balay lets say two storey about a total of 300sqm floor area cost 5 million. Nindot na kaayo imoha house at 7.7million lang with bigger space.

Pero then again, condominium has it's perks. Let's just say it's the "IN" thing now in Cebu hehe. There will be an upcoming condo in Cebu Business Park which I cannot divulge the details. PM me lang who would be interested to invest and will let you get on it once it's ready for the public.

Both are very beneficial but the benefits would depend on a case to case basis.

If you have a family, mas preferable ang H&L not unless if dako ang floor area sa imong condo. In my experience, mas conducive for living ang H&S kung pamilyado ka because of the environment.

If mobile imong lifestyle, condos are more ideal. You don't have to worry much about the maintenance. The management will handle the maintenance but of course with a fee.

As investments, everything will depend on location. Both H&L and condos can give you a very good income kung nindot ang location.

So ideally, mas maayo gyud kung naa ka aning duha. As far as liquidity is concerned, di gyud ka mazero aning duha as long as nindot ang location.
