Cannibal Woman From The Philippines

I am not sure if the woman is really a Filipino, if this happened in the Philippines or if the one who wrote the article was mistaken. I believe the writer is from Malaysia.
Here's the full article (I changed the adverb "he/him" to "she/her" since there are grammatical errors in the original text...)





A woman from Philippines has killed many people and kept their meats in her refrigerator, she enjoyed eating human flesh.
She said that she had a lot to make a party for relatives and friends. She gave them to eat human flesh without their knowledge.
Her friends said that she cooked the meat is very tasty but they do not know whether it's meat. Some of her friends did not know that they will be her next target. The surprise was the woman's husband also confessed that he killed and ate his flesh.
But luckily the woman's action has been acknowledged by the authorities.
