Default Demand Efficiency and Productivity from the Philippine Government

    https://www.landbank.com/assets/downloads/9485.pdf

We get what we deserve? You don't need to allow that to happen to you, you can get what you want? That means, if we allow things to happen as they are in the Philippine Government then there is no need to complain about how we are treated.

There are laws to protect us, use this law and get what you want not the kind of services you are given. Please read carefully and let's get moving. Because if we always do what we always did we will always get what we always got.

As Rizal said, the "pen is mightier than the sword", we dare tell him now, our "laptop is mightier than the atomic bomb". We can reach the four corners of the world in just one "click-send" of the button.

We represent the Government - and if our Government is Lousy it is because we are Lousy - It is enough for evil to exist and prevail if "Good men do nothing",

Default The government is a reflection of the people, lousy people, lousy government

How do you know that a Government Office - inefficient, is Lousy ?? Look at the queue and processing time and number of people. Calculate how much is the cost per hour times the number of people and the processing time. The answer is the cost or losses incurred by inefficient service, procedures and methods. If we just accept all these, then we are in reality the cause and real the lousy ones. Take a photo of the number of people processing and show it here then we calculate how much man-hours are lost because of inefficiency. GOCC top executives are given very high salaries but what do they give us, they give us xxxx..... because they think most of the time, we accept all these inefficiencies - we are to blame not the Government...we are lousy ourselves.

What action, expose, photos and appeal to the president...DO NOT BAGULBOL, IT WILL NEVER BE HEARD, you have the tools in front of you...

Again it will all come back to every individual to demand services. hayyy... ang resulta balikon na pud ug basol ang katawhan ani on being apathetic about red tape and bureaucratic procedures.

Ang potician igo ra mo ingon na pud, "oh, naa moy balaud gibuhat namo para pagprotekta ninyo, wala pud mo magpaningantingan anang mga nakasuwat diha".. haayy the vicious cycle of life..

The RA was designed as a tool for the citizens of the philippines not to wait for the Department Head to Drive changes and improvement.

Feedback and feedback and feedback with pictures, date stamped. We are now full of hi-tech equipment. It is just a matter of using them and getting organized so we can reach to the right persons or press release. For evil to exist and prevail it is enough that good men do nothing. We have to be either hot or cold if we are lukewarm, then we know that evil will continue to abound.

Agree. So that will make us look "", the laws are there and yet we do not know how to use it. By the way, what does "magpaningantingan" mean?

redundant ang ibang process sa govt. there is no centralized way of doing things. like sa business permit, dami requirements. mga brgy clearance, etc. when we can just present an id or two to get the ball rolling.

Efficiency is doing more in less time. We have to define how much time should it take to process a task-permit-and all. Successful companies do that. That is what makes Japan and China very powerful, they process things efficiently in almost everything they do.

The rules have been set, through RA 9485, If anyone reading it finds a flaw we should raise this, that RA was designed to establish time standards and re-engineer or re-evaluate performance. If you go to Pag-ibig, thousands of man-hours are lost on processing as I can see a long queue. I slept for two hours waiting for my turn. If we do not do anything about it, it will stay the same, while the top managers and executives rake in the money. We have to find a way to establish a FEEDBACK mechanism that will pound and pound the "portals" of these agencies, leaders/managers of this government agencies. One way to protest through email through the press.

Another is an email brigade, as we pound on the portals of the presidents of these agencies. The internet is there as a tool, there must be many IT experts here who can advise us how we can go about it and create an email brigade. In-efficiency, is costly, andd we are losing money, time(money) and effort(money) all these boils down on MONEY.

Suggestions and inputs are needed here as we strengthen and unit to a common cause and drive this agencies the way they should be run. After all these are our agencies, these are our GOCC's. We are the Government, Presidents are just our representatives. We use them to serve us ( but do not abuse), we pay them to serve us (but we should not be arrogant).
