anybody here know of anyone nga tga city health? is it possible to get a marriage license without attending the seminar

went to city health kanina and available dates nila for sem ky june 17 and 25 na in which d njd ko kaabot snce im leaving on june 16...

hehe.. afaik, basta makakuha naka ug marriage license, pa schedule nalang ka sa city hall para civil wedding.. kung magchurch wedding pa ka, naa pa jud additional requirements like attend ug pre-Cana seminar..
