that would be our last resort sir if the area manager wasnt cooperative then we will go to dti but thanks god he made it easy for us now we can just sit back and relax for he promised he will deal with her accordingly and "accordingly"means she will be fired soon and thats non negotiable. we're happy already with the outcome he proposed so theres no need for us at the moment to go any further .

we're very grateful sir that the avon's area manager has been very nice and accommodating... at least the person who could really help us to fix this matter is very cooperative otherwise it could go further and we don't want that.

way to go gurl...that's really nice to hear
I really admire how you dealt with this...your patience, level-headedness

You dealt with the matter head-on yet you didn't stoop down their level
You showed aggressiveness handling and getting to the bottom of the problem but not in behavior...like others would have cracked...go ballistic or worst

others would have just thought of themselves as being noble of letting such case go or let it drop and let these people's bad behavior continue to play and claim another "victim" with their misdeeds.

at least you sought justice for your mom and sister...to yourself also
lisod kaayo if mag padayon lang ni ingon ani klase nga taw and it's just like we giveo consent and approval to their attitude and behavior if we won't do something to correct it

i stopped purchasing avon months ago. worst costumer service ever.

i remembered something that my sales leader also tried to let me sign. its an authorization something that he can purchase on my behalf and collect payment from me, he said its most convenient kay i just have to text my orders and he can deliver it for free, and collect my payment, i dont have to go to the store! Am not that trusting when it comes to money. Daghay matental basta kwarta nay sultian, so i never signed those papers. After reading this, may nalang jud wa ko padala. kapila jud ko niya gibalik balik ug pasign ato. hahahaha

i have dealt with worst people in my husband's business sir and i know one thing for sure, bad attitudes have no room in the business. i was really shocked by this OIC's behaviour, i dont understand how could she still stay in the business if that is how she interacts and deals with her customer. she even said to me that she is not oblige to explain the system to me for i am not my sister which means i am not the customer but what she missed in that part is i could be a future customer and with her behaviour she just lost one.

she's been threatening me and my family many times, even their area manager got sick of her attitude and just stopped communicating with her this is how bad she could get.she's just way uncontrollable,i just don't need the dramas but it doesn't mean that i am gonna put up with her attitude. those type of employees don't have a place in the business, they will just ruin everything and worst part is, other employees will have to compensate for their mistake and its not nice.

i am really happy that i didnt have to stressed it out to their area manager that this OIC is tainting their company's name he noticed it straight away that she is more of a destruction than a help!

    FROM THE AREA MANAGER

Again, Ms. XXXX, my sincerest apologies for all these. As of this time, I have closed all communications with her and consider her, no longer a part of the Avon system. She is merely an employee of our operator. The actions of her employee, MISS OIC, if not dealt with accordingly, warrants a termination of her contract with us. And I shall be asking for no less than the removal of MISS OIC from our system. And this is non-negotiable. We cannot tolerate this kind of behaviour which is ridiculously disrespectful , rude and, honestly, I think, remarkably stupid. We cannot let her do her trade here at the risk of losing and hurting more of our customers.

She had some customer service concerns before which we tried to correct. On the surface, I thought, for a while, we had been successful.....I was wrong. And at this point I believe this cannot be corrected anymore. May I plead that you do not communicate with her anymore? Do not read any of her messages anymore nor reply to them. Do not stoop down to her level, I tell you, she's not worth it. This is just so embarrassing. I will give you an update on things, once I meet with them.

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
AND HERE'S AN EMAIL I RECEIVED FROM MISS OIC THIS MORNING.I DIDN'T BOTHER REPLYING TO HER ANYMORE FOR I MIGHT LOOSE MY TEMPER AND CAUSE MORE TROUBLES. SHE REALLY CAN'T DROP THAT ATTITUDE.

    Hi Madam,
Good morning, isn't it a good day today?I tried to contact your sister @ this number 333-XXXX,but i guess i dialed the wrong no.Paki contact naman them for me, so they can get your requested receipt.
I'm so sorry if im so bad to you,my deepest and sincerest apology mam...im just human, there are some situations that i can't control myself .Im saying sorry as a person, coz i know im hurting you also. That's it.Im not saying sorry just for the sake of my job, coz to tell you mam, even i lost a job,for me is okay lang, its your right to complain although logically you are not a customer, you are not our franchise dealer nor you are not connected to my company.
You can say whatever you want to say against me...okay lang.
With the regards to the amount, if you are not satisfied you can ask Mr. XXX, and i think we already give a copy to christy her dealer transaction, a printed copy, there you can see all her transactions including payments, what we gave to you are the receipts only of her purchases, as we have said YOU SISTER has only 2 transaction, 1 last 03/19/11 and the last one is 04/05/11, that is not the basis of her AR Balance actually .If you can come to our branch to see it personally much better mam ,coz i guess if sa email lng tayo mag-usap, this is endless. If she paid it to Loraine, let your sister setlled it w/ that girl, it's none of my business at all.And why not ask also XXXXX( PERSON AUTHORIZED BY YOUR SISTER) about the authorization mam, you are accusing us forgery, mabigat na paratang yon mam...you know i don't want to say this, but if you keep on insulting me.threatenig me and accusing me,let's stop this nlng, hindi lang ikaw ang my lawyer mam.

And as i have said, i have provided already what you want, the receipt, the authorization letter, w/c u said a blank bond paper, but upon checking it is not, it's YOUR SISTER'S penmanship, you can forward it to the expert to examine it if you like.If your questioning photo no.2 or phot no. 3?of course it's not ur sister signature its the signature of MISS XXXXX her authorized representative. You may check it w/ MISS XXXX,i guess you know her.

And for everybodys info, this is my personal email address, i can s ay what ever i want to say, i can do whatever i want to do, personal nga diba?so it's none of anybody's business.

    Thank you,

    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

now we finally found the root of her outstanding payment. The one time transaction where she was asked by her sales leader and her sister to sign an authorization letter for them to purchase items under her account. She didn't know that once you become an avon member you need to go through orientation with your sales leader and they'll tell you about this "credit line" that if you authorize someone to use your account then they can gain access of that said credit line and if they won't pay then the member is oblige to pay.

Now here's what we thought about the forgery done that was mentioned above, we didn't accuse MISS OIC for my sister thought that the authorization she made to the sales leader's sister is a one time transaction only she thought that she might have used her account account but thats not what has occured.

When the sales leader and her sister came up to my sister and asked about the account, my sister's asked the sales leader why not they just use her account after all its her sister but she said she has gone over avon's limit and cant possibly purchase anymore items and then as an assurance they told my sister not to worry for they will only use her account but the items that will be purchased on that day will be paid in cash so no credit so my sister made a letter of authorization now it turns out that THE SALES LEADER AND HER SISTER DIDN'T PAY THE ITEMS BEEN PURCHASED! THEY WERE LYING AND NOW IT'LL ALL CAME DOWN TO MY SISTER WHO HAS NO IDEA HOW the AVON SYSTEM WORKS.

at least finally after digging all old files we have finally get the answers that we want but this case isn't over yet. we are waiting for the area manager to deal with this MISS OIC as he promised that he will make sure that she will be fired otherwise there going to terminate their contract. .
Glad to hear about this! Mr. Paredes is good with his promises, and certainly delivers them. The issue with the OIC has already been dealt with.
