This has been my frustration ever since. Anyone wants to share their thoughts? I eat and make sure I don't skip meals, not really on time but I eat 3x a day (or does it matter also). I also have taken some chinese herbal meds, works a lil bit coz i get hungry every after 3 hours but also scared of its side effects. Need some piece of advice.

thanks... lisod lage nang big meals. necessary jud ang rice? or anything nga makabusog?.. i thought para mag kaunod2 ka kailangan ka mag patambok then mag lifts dayon.
