unsa nani cla, nangita naman sad ni cla ug lain source of income...

i believe if this proposal goes through, it will later be expanded to home owners as well..... more registration, more income... kaayo ba patunlon aning nag-propose ani ug usa ka tibuok raid nga appliance

which could be the real reason?

    - they're bored and have nothing better to do
    - they're broke and this is another source of income
    - they're implementing anti-child pornography law

    crazy pinoy lawmakers...

"An organization of Internet shops in the country has expressed its opposition to a proposal by the Optical Media Board (OMB) to require the registration of hard disks in computers used by Internet cafe operators"

to OMB, unaha ang colon ug limpyo ayaw among hard disk!!!!!!!!!!!

"Valenzuela argued that since hard disks have magnetic components, then it falls under the control of the OMB based on Republic Act No. 9239, also known as the Optical Media Act of 2003."

ow kung mao ni ilang reason, apil pud ta ang mga hard disk sa offices, it industries and etc..

unsa man d i, ang i-cafe ra d i na hard disk na i magnetic components..
