Christmas is the season of giving and sharing and what a better way to share during this time of the year, is to put all of the love on the Christmas Tree. Hotels and establishments have put up their own trees to show that there is more reason to give love this Christmas.

The tree for this year is made out of painted cut-out vinegar gallon bottoms decorated with christmas balls and lights. The Tree is made up of bright and lively neon colors. These colors symbolizes that Parklane is looking forward to a better year and beyond these colors is the commitment of the hotel. The Freeman Foundation is the recipient for this year's Christmas effort.

The “Adopt a Wish” program aims to connect each other and celebrate as one this holiday season.They at Calyx recently adopted a day care centre of 35 kids at Barrio Luz. The “wish cards” hanging from their tree of Hopes and Dreams, were made by the children of Barrio Luz Day Care Centre. It contains the wishes of the kids. To fulfill their dreams of a happy Christmas this year, choose among the cards the one you like best and inform the Calyx Security Guard or any personnel of Serenitea, Dong Juan, Hikay or Sunburst.

This year, Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Casino's Christmas Tree will light up for the underprivileged Children of Asia which is a non-governmental, humanitarian organization that provides comprehensive care for over 10,000 children in distress in South East Asia. A quarterly outreach program for 2015 and educational sponsorship for elementary students for the school year 2015 to 2016 will be provided by the hotel to Children of Asia.

For two years now Best Western's Dear Santa, I Wish... Project has fulfilled Christmas wishes for Children in Cebu. Last year 80 children from Medellin had their Christmas wishes come true through the kind hearts of the hotel's guests. This year 50 children of Barangay Camputhaw will have their wishes come true too.
