Marco Polo celebrates the most Festive Season

The festive season officially began at Marco Polo Plaza Cebu after the lighting of the Tree of Hope.


You may donate to the Tree of Hope for only Php200 per Christmas ball until January 6. Donating two or more Christmas balls entitles you to a chance to win a roundtrip ticket to Hong Kong courtesy of Cathay Pacific. All proceeds will be given to GMA Kapuso Foundation.

In lieu of the festive season, Marco Polo Plaza Cebu has many events lined up. The Children’s Paradise Montessori Choir will have lobby performances scheduled on the Dec. 9 at 7:30 PM, and on the Dec. 17 at 12:30NN. Mr. and Mrs. Claus will also be at the Marco Polo Plaza Cebu for Christmas Eve Dinner and for Christmas Day Lunch.


The Gingerbread House of Goodies will also be open until the January 2. Marco Polo homemade jams, cookies, and other pastries will be available. Marco Polo’s Christmas turkey and original pineapple glazed Christmas ham will also be available for pre-order.


In addition, Marco Polo Plaza Cebu can be your home for a festive getaway. Avail of their Festive Surprise Room Package for Php4,700 until the January 7. Stay in a deluxe room with breakfast buffet for two plus a box of Christmas Ensaimada.


Café Marco will also be serving festive season favorites from December 16-23, and December 26-30. The lunch buffet will be at Php1,250 per person, and the dinner buffet will be at Php1,540 per person.

The New Year’s Eve Room Package will also be available on the 31st of December. Rates will start at Php16,000 inclusive of buffet breakfast and two tickets to the New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner and Countdown Party.

Christmas Eve and Christmas Day lunch buffet will be at Php1,250 per person exclusive of drinks. The dinner buffet will be at Php2,500 per person inclusive of free-flowing house wines, local beers, chilled juices, and sodas.

New Year’s Eve buffet dinner and show at Marco Polo’s Cebu Grand Ballroom will be at Php4,500 per person. Dinner buffet at Café Marco, Lobby Lounge, and El Viento Restaurant & Pool Bar is at Php2,750 per person. Set Dinner with Wine Pairing at Blu Bar & Grill is at Php4,500 per person. These are all inclusive of free-flowing local wines, local beers, chilled juices, and sodas plus a complimentary entrance to the Countdown Party at the Grand Balcony.

General Admission to the Countdown Party is at Php1,000 inclusive of two bar drinks. VIP tickets are at Php2,500 per person. Grand VIP tickets are at Php17,000 inclusive of four tickets, a table at the VIP lounge, and a bottle of champagne. VIP tickets come with access to the cocktail buffet and beverage selection of beers and juices.
