Celebrity Chefs Roland and Jackie Laudico
The Laudicos will take us into a one-of-a-kind gustatory journey. They innovated all-time favorite Pinoy dishes to amazing fusion dishes. Each recipe, made from the freshest ingredients with all natural spices and flavoring. Ranging from salads, entrees, carving, soups, and desserts. A total of 65 dishes, took the limelight during the launch last May 22, 2017.

Palabok Bites, Ngohiong Cones, Danggit Macaroon, Sinigang Bites, Grilled Ensalada, 3 Kinds Mango Salad, Spicy Seaweeds and Seafood, Nilarang Bouillabaisse, Baat & Saba Salad with Uni Dressing, Balbacua Uno, Tinutong na Bam-I, Binagoongang Lechon, Fried Humba, Puso Surprise, Kimchi Pinangat, Lechon Kanding, Bacon Bagnet, Sinampalukang Turkey, Grilled Ribeye in Bistek, and amazing modern Filipino Desserts.
Chefs Lau and Jackie prepared three appetizers that are featured from Waterfront Cebu's Filipino Food Feast at UNO Buffet - sisig baskets, kinilaw, and sinigang bites.
