iSTORYA (I): What’s your basic summer ensemble (clothing/fashion/style)?
cranberry (C): Summer in here is so freakin hot the reason why we don’t go out much. Whatever season it is, I am always the typical jeans-and-shirt type of girl.
(I): What is your all-time-soundtrack-of-your-summer?
(C): Island in the Sun by Weezer. Every time I hear this track, I can’t help imagining myself beachin’, having some fun while soaking up in the sun.
(I): Have you experienced a summer fling in the past? (Tell us a bit about it.)
(C): Nah. My life is a bore. =p
(I): Where is your ideal summer vacation destination?
(C): Dream big they say so, I’d choose Maldives or Santorini. Haha! Picture yourself in a white-sand beach while listening to the gushing waves of the ocean gently crawling to the shore. For me, this is just enough and perfect.
(I): Describe the last good summer vacation you went on?
(C): It wasn’t summer but my last vacation was superbly great. I took a 5-day island hopping trip with friends in El Nido, Palawan. Goodness gracious, the place is a paradise (and yes, it is the best word to describe it).
(I): Who has been the biggest influence in your life?
(C): Mudra, Mama, Mang, Mother.
(I): Name a turning point in your life that makes you smile or cry.
(C): Living ALONE far away from home. Actually, this is what I wanted ever since yet I felt bittersweet knowing that family and friends would be far out of reach in times when you need them the most.
(I): What is something that can always make you feel better?
(C): Pizza and buffalo wings! Haha! And some nice music too.
(I): What’s your biggest goal in life right now?
(C): To travel the world? It may sound impossibly big but yeah. My life is full of uncertainties but travelling is one thing I am sure about that will definitely make me happy.
(I): What do you spend your money on the most and why?
(C): Shoes and travel. Why? Because I love ‘em. I only spend if I have more than enough in my pocket otherwise, I’ll save for it.
(I): Do you shy away from real love?
(C): It would be difficult to avoid real love when all your life, that’s one thing that you’d been waiting for.
(I): What are the top three qualities that you look for when it comes to men?
(C): Physically, I really don’t know why but I am attracted to taller guys. Men with great sense of humor is a plus (because I love to laugh). Lastly, a man who enjoys and places importance on having and spending time with me and being supportive (emotionally, physically, etc.) of his wife and children or what they call as a family-oriented type of person
(I): Do You Think Fairy Tales Influence Our Choice Of A Partner?
(C): When I was younger? Yes, I always dreamt of a handsome prince but as I grow older, it doesn’t matter anymore. As long as that partner genuinely loves you, he will always be your knight in shining armour.
(I): Do You Give Out Second Chances Too Easily?
(C): Hmm.. I think, yes (if it’s worth it).
(I): Have You Ever Broken Someone's Heart?
(C): Unintentionally, yes. (his fault, not mine. =p)
Would You Rather…
(I): Skinny dip in the ocean in the middle of the night or in a public pool after it was closed?
(C): Skinny dip in the ocean in the middle of the night
(I): Catch up on reading some good books or catch up on watching old TV shows?
(C): Watching old and new TV shows
(I): Get stung by five bees at once or get a sunburn?
(C): Get a sunburn (but hope not on the face! Lol)
(I): Be single and have lots of summer flings, or settle down?
(C): Settle down
(I): Go to summer school and graduate a year early, or skip the school and enjoy the summer?
(C): School is important but hell yes, skip summer and enjoy it
(I): Wear a bikini or a one-piece bathing suit in front of your crush?
(C): Wear a bikini. Soon.. Haha! Need to grab the chance (while my body can still cooperate..haha).
(I): Have your own pool or have your own hot tub?
(C): Hot tub. Sounds more relaxing to me
(I): Get really tan or stay out of the sun?
(C): Where I’m at? Stay out of the sun or I’ll get burned
(I): Sweat all day every day in the sun, or have it rain every day?
(C): Rain but not every day. Haha!
(I): Pee on someone who got stung by a jellyfish, or have someone pee on your jellyfish sting?
(C): This is awkward but I’d rather be the one who got peed on.
(I): What kind of guy would you love to meet this summer?
(C): A real kind of guy, no inhibitions and pretentions. (Not just this summer though but hoping he’s going to stay throughout all the seasons of my life.. =p).
