From 1-10 April 2016, explore a delighful array of Spanish specialty dishes on top of the international lunch and dinner buffet spread. Starting off with Spain’s culinary symbol the Jamón Serrano, with popular main course Fabadas, Pollo Chilindron and Rabo de Toro with sweets such as Leche Fritas, Crema Catalana, Turon de Almandras (Almond Nougat), Canonigo (Baked Meringue with Custard), Tarta de Melocoton en Arnibal (Peaches upside down cake), and more!
