
In collaboration with The Lazy Chef, Chip Lopez, who created the meat-free dishes, Mooshi's menu is packed with wholesome ingredients and exciting flavors, giving a healthier twist to classic favorites. In keeping with their advocacy of clean eating, Mooshi's dressings, sauces, and pasta are all made fresh and are therefore free of preservatives. At Mooshi, they make their own pasta infused malunggay (moringa) fresh everyday. Healthy food can be yummy too.
Ingredients such as sea salt, liquid aminos instead of soy sauce, naturally grown vegetables from partner local farmers, vegetables from God's Grace Farm (a certified organic farm), native eggs, free-range chicken, and grass-fed beef and pork, are the components that will guarantee that you are eating real food.
With dishes such as the Fresh Quinoa Rolls, Chorizo-Fajita, Salmon Panini with Yogurt, Skillet Lasagna, Flatbread with Herbed Goat Cheese, Spaghetti with Beef Meatballs and their very own Earth Bowl (a mix of leafy greens, quinoa, chickpeas, sweet potato, and other vegetables), Mooshi's menu truly celebrates the perfect marriage of vegetables and meat for a guilt-free and wonderful dining experience.
