
The school celebrates its Ruby Anniversary with the theme: "40 Years of Amazing Educational Foundation". This affair will showcase the alumni awardees that have made a mark in the community through excellence and service in their field of specialization as they award the Most Outstanding Alumni. This shall be awarded by Mayor Michael Rama, who also shall be receiving an Honorary Alumni Award for Good Governance and Public Service.
This special evening's affair, directed by Dexter Alazas, will also highlight a fashion show entitled, "Rouge: Musique ala Mode", which will feature 40 amazing men and women as an Ernestinean with a heart, to walk the runway from casual fun wear, to cocktail wear and gowns from different local designers, together with upcoming fashion designer, Lorenzo Ceniza, the school's alumnus.
A major feature of this event is a concert, in cooperation with Livehouse Productions, by the King of Ballad, David Pomeranz, who will be singing the night away, and duet with several alumni to sing his very own songs. These alumni are ladies from the academe and music industry, namely Joyce Zerda, School Assistant Administrator and Music Program Director of M-Zed Christian School, Chadleen Lacdo-o of TV5, Akisha Sianson of Team Leah from the Voice Kids, and Joana Branzuela, local female artist a former Viva talent. To cap off the event, a DJ will spin tracks from the 80's to electro dance music all night long.
This event is slated on December 19, 2015, 6pm at the Mediterranean Ballroom, Waterfront Hotel, Lahug.
