- define your service. drop-in daycare? toddler sessions? preschool?
- have a solid knowledge/background on child care and education. what's your approach? methods? programs?
- capital - NEVER undercapitalize. kung di ka gusto kulbaan permi, have money jud for operational expenses. first two years can be a nightmare.
- capitalize on your strengths. is it your name or credentials? if not, then your approach, location, or center.

passion is not business. have passion AND business.
